At WSecrets Spa and Salon LLC ®, we are dedicated to creating a serene, rejuvenating environment where every guest can experience rest, care, and renewal. Our spa is intentionally designed as a peaceful space, allowing you to disconnect from daily distractions and fully enjoy your service.

To maintain excellence, respect our providers’ time, and preserve the tranquility of the spa, the following policies apply:

Appointments & Payment

All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment secures your reserved time and allows us to provide focused, uninterrupted care.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Advance notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled without proper notice will incur a $40 cancellation fee. No-shows will forfeit the full service payment.

Guests & Visitors

To protect the calm atmosphere of the spa, no additional guests are permitted at any time, without exception.

Electronic Devices

For optimal relaxation and to preserve the spa experience, all electronic devices—including cell phones, Apple devices, and smart watches—must be left outside of the spa and treatment areas.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. All payments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
